Sales and CRM Administrator

Due to department expansion, Creditinfo Malta Limited, a leading credit reference agency is seeking to recruit a Sales and CRM Administrator to join its team, on a Part-time basis with the possibility to increase hours.

Working within the Creditinfo Malta office, the purpose of this role is to act as an administrator to the Division Manager.

The role involves:

– Being a point of contact for internal and external clients

– Answering day-to-day calls

– Preparing monthly usage reports for both local and international sales

– Handling customer queries

– Monitoring customer accounts


Candidate Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in administration
  • Able to work independently
  • Be a team player
  • Be able to remain focused
  • Good communicator
  • Be flexible, show versatility and willingness to learn
  • Have at least ‘A’ level standard of education
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – ECDL
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Have own transport

Knowledge of basic invoicing, chasing payments and sales experience will be considered an asset.
